For years, I struggled with chronic illness, including fibromyalgia and persistent pain, which took a toll on both my body and spirit. When traditional treatments fell short, I turned to holistic healing methods like Acupuncture, Reiki, Yoga Nidra and daily affirmations.
These practices not only helped me manage my pain but also led me to a profound sense of inner healing.
Through my journey, I found a new path to wellness, and now I’m dedicated to helping others find their own healing.At Siã Aryã, mission is to provide holistic healing through the integration of mindful practices of Reiki, Yog Nidra and positive affirmations. I aim to empower individuals on their journey of self-discovery, helping them cultivate inner peace, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth. Through our videos and journaling tools, we inspire daily mindfulness and promote healing from within.
